General Refund and Return Policy

At Pak-Line, we take pride in manufacturing high-quality plastic products. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

Our Refund & Return Policy

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind, so please choose carefully before placing an order.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, we will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

How to request a return

If you believe your product is faulty or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible, providing details of the issue and proof of purchase.
  2. Assessment – We may request photos or further details to assess the issue. In some cases, the item may need to be returned to us for inspection.
  3. Resolution – If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Important notes

  • Claims must be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
  • By lodging a claim you must hold the goods to be inspected for 30 days.
  • Any returns must be authorised by our team before being sent back.
  • Pak-Line will aim to have any claims resolved in less than 60 days.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
