Pak-Line operates manufacturing and storage facilities in Auckland, Hastings, and Silverdale, New Zealand.
We specialises in polyethylene plastic and packaging solutions, including carrier bags, stretch films, hangsell, liners, and branding solutions.
We don’t have a physical storefront or website sales through a store. Our physical premesis in West Auckland can only accept cash or direct debit.
We do accept orders from account customers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Yes, you can request samples of Pak-Line’s products by contacting our sales team. We will be happy to provide samples to help you make informed decisions.

At Pak-Line, customer service is a top priority. We prioritise building long-term relationships with our customers and aim to exceed their expectations in terms of product quality, reliability, and support.
Our team provides support in any way we can, from assisting with quotes and new product queries, to tracking, freight, delivery and packaging solutions, for a start. Our staffed hours are Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm.

Pak-Line strives to fulfill orders for stock items promptly. The delivery time may vary depending on order size and location, but typically if the order is placed before 12pm it should be arranged for shipping that day.
For items that are custom-made, lead times of anywhere from 4-6 weeks may apply depending on the complexity of the product and quantity needed.
We understand packaging like the back of our hands – if you have an urgent packaging need, we will do our best to help and there is always little wiggle room. Please contact us directly to discuss delivery timelines, particularly for urgent orders.

Yes, we can make polybags that are food-safe and suitable for packaging food items. Please let us know when placing your order that they will be used for food packaging and we can inform you on our manufacturing processes that ensure they meet relevant safety and regulatory standards.
Pak-Line’s manufactured products are made of high-quality polyethylene material, ensuring durability and strength. We have a range of different products with different materials used to achieve various results. Contact us for information on specific product lines.
We offer a range of delivery options depending on date/time and destination. Pallet loads will be delivered by Pak-Line directly where possible. For long-haul freight, Pak-Line will utilise NZ-based longhaul freight carriers depending on availability and coverage of the delivery address.
For less than a pallet load, goods will be shipped through a variety of NZ-based courier services, also depending on availability and coverage of the delivery address. A courier charge will apply for couriered items.
