We are open to the public during the above hours, so please stop on by if you have any questions or need packaging help!
Please note that services or product orders/deliveries requested outside of these hours will incur an after-hours service and/or call out fee, specifically on Public Holidays or during the annual shutdown. Please see on the right for shutdown information.

As a local New Zealand manufacturer we shut down over the summer Christmas break.
Tentatively we estimate a shut down the week prior to Christmas, and reopen in the 2nd or 3rd of January. We confirm exact dates prior to November each year. If you have need of our products over the shut down period please make sure to contact us well in advance as emergency call out rates will be applied!
2025 Summer/Christmas Shutdown
Our 2025 shutdown period is from 3pm 19th December 2025 – 9am 12th January 2026.
Please be aware Pak-Line is closed for business during this time, our phones will not be manned. If you do need products during this period, emergency call out rates will apply!
Getting Here
Getting here is easy! Please check out the Google map above for details on exactly where we’re located. Our handy location in the Rosebank Road industrial area means we’re only a quick trip down the motorway from most areas of Auckland.
Our Auckland branch has generous on-site parking available off the main road, please just look out for our sign on Rosebank Road and head in!
Deliveries + Trucks
If you are trying to arrange a delivery to our Auckland branch, please note that we have a second large-vehicle entrance located just down the next side street.
For all large deliveries please divert your driver to 10 Timothy Place (just past the building labelled 580E), where they will find a driveway leading to our warehouse and a forecourt for large trucks and pallet delivery and loading.
